Learn about Inkie.org, a suite of resources that support local authors with online creation and publishing tools and allow readers to access locally-produced content.
Inkie.org is available to everyone in Illinois without charge. Users can create and publish an e-book, share their e-book with readers all over the state, and find local and independently published e-books to read.
Inkie.org is a partnership between Reaching Across Illinois Library System and BiblioBoard.
The Warrenville Public Library District was established in 1979 to provide library services to the residents of Warrenville and nearby unincorporated areas. The District operates out of a single facility located at 28W751 Stafford Place, Warrenville, IL.
Through warrenville.com, 24/7 services include digital content availability, database use, event registration and the ability to place books and other items on hold through the catalog.
In 2020, WPLD joined the SWAN Library Services consortium, making over 8,000,000 items available to our members.
WPLD members and guests have access to many amenities: Study and Meeting Rooms, Quiet Room with fireplace, casual seating areas, Discovery Room for children, Teen Lounge, cold beverage vending café, free wifi and computers.
The library is located in the heart of Warrenville’s civic center near the intersection of Batavia and Butterfield Roads. Additional parking and a second entrance are available off of Mount St. and Manning Avenue.
